Boating content!!!

Need some input. My Boat trailer needs to be redone (Badly) and I finally pulled the trigger on having Adrenalin Re-do it. I need some input on color.

Option 1 - repaint it the standard white (current color).

Option 2 - Silver/Grey (metallic maybe) to match the Gel coat stripe, sea deck and interior.

Option 3 - Purple to match the Gel coat stripe (never mind, don't even mention this.. I'm not doing purple).

If you're leaving the chrome I would go white. If you're changing the wheels to black I would do the silver/gray (grey)

I think it looks great in white. I was doing a search on trailers earlier and saw your old thread about the wheel lifted up. Was it a bad axle?

I would say white.

Begs the question, what IS the “standard white”?

I said “white” for my 240 trailer and it was a beautiful bright appliance white and my white hull looked beige, it was TERRIBLE! I had it repainted to a custom white to match the hull and looked a million times better.
Your trailer and hull appear to match so you’re already on the right track but just throwing caution to the wind.

White

Not enough gray on the boat for a gray trailer. It would look funny imo

Exactly this.

I would go black with new SS fenders. Keep the wheels.

What every color, use type coating that is easiest to match, and hides all the imperfections. I've been thinking of spraying my trailer with non skid/no slip coating, color coordinated to match the boat. The only time I ever step on it, its wet. 😉

You’re probably more confused now than when you asked the question

Terri says she want’s purple. 😁 Personally I like the gray or is it grey? Either one of those two colors….or is it colour? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Something I want to change on mine is the front roller to a V-pad. I think it looks nicer and doesn’t leave roller marks on the front.

Silver metallic.

Black wheels? Someday soon the only remaining person on Earth that thinks they look good will buy the last set sold. It'll be like having a barbed wire wrap tattoo on your arm. Don't be that guy.

The v-pad always left a black patch on the bow, went to a roller and never had any issues with marking.

I just had mine repainted and the color is very similar to Adrenaline’s grey. Haven’t got the boat on it yet, but the color is bad ass, has a slight green and blue metallic in it.
But I’m not a white trailer guy and that pisses off @82daytona 🤣

I'd vote grey/silver metallic. It will look sharp.

The Adrenaline color on my magic says its a halamen silver on my build sheet. Here is what I showed Adrenaline I want my color to be. They knew right away due to its a popular in house color. To me it goes with so many colors but goes well with white.

Both our trailers are silver (grey whatever), but there's a bit of silver in both boats.

If you have that accent color, id go with that.

But I do like the point made about a white trailer easier to see underwater. Silver will definitely be hard to see, and impossible at night. Unless you add runway lights or something.

Yep, they have to replace the whole axle.

Thanks. I need to do the same. I couldn't figure out why the tire rubbed on the fender on a new boat trailer I just bought. It had a previous blowout and you can see where the fender got so hot from rubbing, it burned the paint off the top of the fender. I thought that maybe the tire was too tall. I called Extreme and they were able to look up the trailer specs by the vin and said that's the tire size it left the factory with. They said it sounds like the torsion axle is worn out. I'm going to pick up two new axles.
