I'm not and here is the only reason why. We have had bids to rebuild very small portions of our shop. Because of the red tape of anything government related and the use of specific business, our currrent estimate to remodel a room that is generally the size of a normal living/family room is at 1.6 million. I could hire some day laborers and nock this shit out in a weekend for a 10th of the cost.
So yeah, I believe the "cost" to repair the Capital was probably 1.5 million, but not because that is what it would actually cost anyone but them to do the same work.
