Exactly ^^ cop was way cool with those guys. Seems had homie just admitted to the gun he would have just lost the gun and been on his way with a citation or a quick run through county for the evening is it, off to the morgue for him instead. Wonder if it was part of training or just worked out that the cop rolled his ass up right into view of dash cam

Usually I would make a smartass comment, but this really struck me as sad. Stupid fucking kid, he had obviously already been in the system..."I can't go to jail"....his mother had to bury him.

Of course they had to kill him. He could have easily killed one of the officers. But he sold his life cheap.

I don't live very far from where this happened, and immediately following the shooting, one of his partners and of course a slimy race-batting lawyer jumped at the opportunity to claim his innocence and that he was unarmed. The Chief did a big F-U and released the tapes showing everything that happened and instantly shut them down, now the family wants to sue because they should have tased him as he was just trying to throw it away and it accidentally went off. They should charge family for bullets.
