We can't get @wash11 beef up here in the PNW but we still do pretty well. Our family friend Tom owns this ranch it's pretty rad. Check out this beef I got today better than money the bank

Approximately how long is the freezer life of the beef! Also, it looks vacuum packed under the paper - yes?

Have some cuts from last year's order in the freezer they are still perfect a year later. Bigger cuts and ground beef get vacuum sealed and butcher paper everything else comes like the pics show. Haven't had to toss anything yet

Awesome, we have a local supplier we use here in N. Idaho. My SIL and I split a 1/2 each year.
I'm still trying to find the right chicken guy.
