BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich

Nothing special or difficult. We take two chicken breasts and boil them. Let them cool down and then shred them by hand. We then drop them in a saucepan with some of favorite BBQ sauce and diced onions. Stir until nice and hot and serve on a french roll. Easy peasy...

How long do ya boil 'em for? I might have to give this a try..I love chicken.. Beer Can Chicken is my fav...but this sounds quick and easy for a single guy!

How long do ya boil 'em for? I might have to give this a try..I love chicken.. Beer Can Chicken is my fav...but this sounds quick and easy for a single guy!

I'll have to ask the GF as she boils them prior to me getting home from work...

Did this one the other night and it was gooood. Thanks
