Several things to consider. Going blown or turbo, you want to make sure you invest in some good internals and to make sure everything is clearanced correctly for a marine engine.

Lets face it. We dont want just a 900HP engine, We want a 900Hp engine thats going to be reliable and live.

there are several great post by obnoxious on here showing a marine engine build.

Looks like Barry has sent you his number. I would start by a call to discuss your options and good luck with your build.

Good luck Chris. If you have a good seasoned block with 7/16 rods and a steel crank, you should be able to find used turbo bolt-on's out there. The 10K # you threw out is entry level however used properly, it can fly...just barely. Be sure to invest huge in your heads basically starting with all new valves & springs if you choose turbo/blown applications. If you do chose a TT setup start with the Engle TC-7 cam, flat tappets etc. Good cam & grind for just about everything you want. Listen to Barry.
