Yes, they will work on any OBDII vehicle 2008 or newer.
They are also firmware upgradeable through Banks website.

Yes, plug and play.
Depends on how anal you are about installing and keeping it looking like it belongs there.
The most time consuming part is getting the cable run between the cab and the engine bay.
