Not sure if this is real or just a twisting of stats. Is this guy full of it? The video title looks like a bunch of hype....? I always remember the quote that you can make stats say whatever you want...

I don't think he's full of crap. Clearly nobody knows what the market will do. I never understood how people with fixed rate mortgages would walk away from their homes when they went upside down and then went out and rented. History tells me that if you buy and keep, you will always come out on top. If you are in a position where you might have to move in 2-5 years, I would tread lightly. Otherwise buy.

Too many variables and too reliant on zip code. Not even the professionals know what is to come. If you’re ready to buy see if you love anything.

I’m Not Buying Until … I’m crying !

I don’t think there is going to be a crash, like people think ( or wish for )

The sooner you get in the Housing Market the better !! Getting out if a rental situation would be key, UNLESS it’s way below market !

We don’t plan on buying anything unless it’s a storage unit in Havasu & we are waiting and waiting, Yes still waiting ! No Hurry!

Learning from the folks who lived through the depression. I'm the boomer class, buy a home in a nice neighborhood. One that meets your current and foreseeable needs, priced within your means.
Buy anytime, sell when it makes sense.
