2 weeks ago it was decided that a voter in AZ must provide proof of citizenship in order to vote. Seemed very reasonable. Then on Thursday the US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals overruled that and decided, once again, that a voter in AZ, without proof of citizenship, will be provided a Federal Ballot so they may vote for Pres/VP, US Sen and US Rep. Truly unbelievable. Proponents of this latest ruling say last time it only involved 42,000 voters. OK, when was that ‘last time’. In the last 3 1/2 years over 10 mil illegals have crossed our southern boarder. Might they substantially increase that 42K number? These proponents go on to say, if those voting without proof of US citizenship are later found to not be US citizens, they will be guilty of a felony. And what agency is going to have the time and money to check on that and prosecute the guilty? The whole thing stinks. Have to wonder how the majority of those prior 42K voted, D or R? Believe I’ve got a pretty good idea what it was.

People have lived under this illusion that behind the scenes all the voting stuff is checked for validity and kept clean and fair. It's 100% not the case, in any state, it's all run on the honor system and we live under false assumptions.

I think people with time should volunteer at election sites, I honestly wish I had the time to do so. When I retire (if that could even happen) I will volunteer.
I agree, and I do. Problem is that the polling sites are mostly fine, it's the ballot harvesting and processing of the ballots that screw the elections up. At least I've never seen any issues at the polling sites, but I'm in Mohave County and we have excellent administrators.

Last presidential election, a lady I do work for was told she was not needed as a poling site volunteer. She had done it for the past 12 years, all elections. She said several of her friends were told the same.

It only involved 42,000 votes.. check the down tickets as well.

42k puts trump over the top in 2020.. and changes the entire down ticket.

In 2020, me and the wife volunteered as Republican pole watchers. Our election site was at a tucked away golf course, and saw and reported over 20 violations. All democrats! One guy claimed to live in Santa Ana, but was headed home from work in Murietta, and decided to drive 30 miles out of his way to vote at a tucked away Upland Hills Golf Course. I called bullshit on that guy, but the Republicans just shook their heads and said that wasn't enough proof for an investigation. We were also prohibited to speak with him, and God forbid asking for his name, since that is a no-no!

Hate to say this, but correct ruling.
The Federal government pushed enforcement of proving US citizenship to the states for federal elections. Nothing in constitution states the states are required to do this.

Part of the republican federal voting law is to require states to prove citizenship in federal elections . Dems will not pass that law for a reason. Total BS.

I’ve heard of this US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals all of my life. Seems I’ve never heard of anything good coming out of it. So, I recently took the time to find out WTF is this Court. I found it is made up of 52 judges. Each received their position via presidential appointment. The majority of these judges, from various states in the west, have been appointed by democratic presidents. 7 of these judges have chambers in Phoenix AZ. Of those 7, only 1 was appointed by a republican. In less than 4 years in office, Biden, in his questionable mental state, has appointed 8 of the 52. Starting to get the picture?

We all “have enough time”. Especially if the alternative is losing our country.

9th District Court of Appeals strikes again . . . shocking.
Anyone who follows 2nd Amendment Litigation has listened to the District broken record over & over.

Voting has been corrupted for decades , we are now with the advent of social media and unlimited social platforms realizing it . The same with the courts , they’ve been corrupted for years and it all came to fruition with Obama . It was supposed to continue with Hillary, but Trump threw a monkey wrench in that …
