A Jet question for you, what’s the best modern jet pump to mate to your home made bowl? Berkeley? Agressor? dominator?

My 9 vane Aggressor Bowls retrofit (or can be made to) most all suctions including Dominator, Berkeley, AT even Bay Jet All suctions for the most part are pretty much the same except Dominator and Aggressor casting are heavier (weight wize) and slightly thicker . My build that went to LOTO was a late style Dominator

That would be my wish list. Jet boat with TCM’s top engine package. jets aren’t fuel efficient and that motor isn’t either, figure it will be short rides but high speeds.

We had a 23 with a bravo before the 26. The depth is hard to tell sometimes, it looks shallow and it’s not, then it looks shallow and it is. We also weren’t paying attention to the dam releases previously.

Wiped out the skeg and nicked the prop once.

With the 26 being bigger/deeper and the SCX being more expensive I just am not comfortable with it. Some areas are worse than others.

I’m not on the river very much so not a navigation expert.

There are a limited number of places to watch out for in Parker. My neighbor has a very expensive 27 Eliminator with a 6 drive on it, no issues. I can point out all the known spots and a couple of sort of unknown ones.

I had a 21 Liberator with a 300xs on it. I regret selling it, such a fun boat. I love the look of the 22s. when your ready to sell call me lol that boat is my colors and everything

Love our Ripper - Sold our 25 Daytona and downsized back down to a 22. Man I forgot how fun it is and it is so much easier to clean. LOL

No. That one was his perosnal boat. Very similar but no checkers on the deck. This one was on the cover of hotboat mag back in the day.

I feel like the small boat scene is still very much in. I meet a lot of folks that still rip 19-22' boats on the regular. Wake boats have been the kicker..... can be difficult on big weekends

The small boat scene is kind of an interesting one out West as they really started the performance boat scene. It's sad that while they still have a place at rivers and smaller lakes, the larger boats have definitely made riding in them much less fun. Wakeboard boats toss my 25 around, I can't imagine what it would be like in a 19' jet....

I find it much more enjoyable cruising in my Hallet 210 on the lake even on the weekends, I just navigate the boat differently than the big boats, I surf the wake. So much more fun as a driver. I think the 240 or 255 would be the sweet spot for the "smaller" boat category for the undecided boat owner if they were choosing between big or river ripper boat.
