She's building 1 in Baltimore where the new Mayor is requiring my wife & her team call the inmates "residents" because inmates is offensive..... They also have to call the correctional officers "resident managers"
They are in prison for a reason. Its beyond sad how pussified our world has become.

I had an uncle...he was an "inmate", had a guard tower tattooed on his back, with "San Quentin" beneath in old English. I don't recall him ever mentioning his fellow residents, nor housing managerial teams. "Convicts", and "Boss"...old school, the way it should be!
