Anyone use Castrol Magnatec 5w-30 Oil?

Talking to local boat mechanic and he swears by it. Ive used the quicksilver 25w40. Id like to switch to a full synthetic. recommendations??

5/30 will be too thin. Full synthetic I run Lucas 20/50.

Magnatec is a good oil. I run it in quite a few of my customers cars.
