You did? Nice.

I have a 2013 740i now. Would love to get the new 740 but the leases are ridiculous because it's a new model.

I leased one the day before yesterday. I want to kick my own ass because I got a Prius. I have been crazy busy so tried that Truecar.com. I was amazed how fast and easy. I'm usually that guy that negotiates all day and luck to get out of there before the lights are turned off.

Insurance on the Prius is almost double that of my BMW 535. It makes no sense, but I may have gone a different route had I known before buying.

What are you looking for?

There's great lease rates for Lexus GS / GS F SPORT models right now.
It's a step down from a BMW 7er, it's in the same class as the 5er.

Going from a 740i, I would look at a Lexus LS46 or you can do what my buddy did and go from a 740 to an M5.

Baller.

Get a 550 with the sport package. Their leases are the bomb. They drive better anyway.

Are do you need more room? (for your harem?) ;)

wait 740. There is a joke in there somewhere.... :p

If you are gonna do that get a new CTS-V.

The LS460s are nice.. but I'd do a Hyundai EQUUS or Genesis sedan, debadge it with some aftermarket wheels and save a few hundred a month.

I got soured leasing my second vehicle bc of low residual. Does it make economic sense these days? I'm sure Shintoo can make it work, but how about the regular Joe?

Honestly I'm all over the place right now. I don't necessarily need a big car anymore. My wife has a suburban and my son drives now. I rarely have all five of us in my car ever but it's nice to have the option. I would like to get a convertible, maybe a 640i convertible but that's a 4 seater but again I really don't need a 5 seater.

I'm going to test drive a Maserati Ghibli SQ4 model either this weekend or next. Also looking at the Porsche Panamera. I had a Lexus GS before the BMW.

It makes a lot of sense with higher end vehicles especially if you can write it off.

550 is a possibility as well but I don't think I want another BMW if I can't get into a 6 convertible or new 7.

The Ghibli is nice.. I'd only ever lease a Masarati anyway.

Sounds like you need an Aston Martin.

Yeah the Ghibli is nice. I would get the SQ4 which has 404HP.

Skip to 1:20 mark for the Ghibli

They sound and look great.

I got in a roll race with one near state line on my way to Vegas last weekend. The Persian guy was not happy getting beaten by a Cadillac.

It makes a lot of sense with higher end vehicles especially if you can write it off.

It only makes sense to lease if the money factor rate is lower than the interest rate.

You can write-off either payment.

A lease you should NEVER put a dime down, especially if your credit is golden.

I like the idea of leasing because you can turn cars quick and your maintenance is minimal.

$110K car. Lease is too high on that model.

The A7 or S7 models might work. I like that car also.

The S7 is very nice. My coworker has an S6 with a tune - same drivetrain. Very quick.

If you truly wanted a 2 seater, the Porsche Cayman is pretty bad ass.

So I just turned in my 2012 CTSV. I kept asking about he new one.

Evidently once you get down to it they said early to mid 2016 for a realistic delivery. I know they say earlier but I had the guy give me the NO B.S. delivery date.

I wanted a CTSV but don't want to wait that long. Oh well next time.

Mine is a lowly 2013 with about 600 HP.. The 2016 is about 650... stock :yikes

If you decide on the Panamera, get off your wallet and get the real deal with the turbo, none of this entry level bullshit!

My father in law had one before he passed away. We held onto it for a year before getting rid of it, the car was amazing! Nothing cheap about owning one....

So the M3 is 4 door right?

I will also look at an M4 convertible....it's a maybe.

I got a Panamera about a year ago and love it. Get at least a S and the GTS is really nice. The GTS Cayenne is also very nice. I to was also wondering about the Maserati, let me know what ya think after the test ride.

I probably could only get into an entry level one which is fine with me. With LA traffic, I will never get to open that thing up but I hear ya, it's a good option to have more power.

M3 is 4 door. M4 is 2 door. Both are available in convertible.

Hint. The M3's are back-ordered big time. Took me 3 months to get one. The M4 is available if you are not picky.

I got the M3 because it is a race car in disguise like the CTSV. Plus it has plenty of room for 4 and the back seat has good leg room for its size.

So the M3 is 4 door right?

I will also look at an M4 convertible....it's a maybe.

The leases on Porsches are not bad. High residual. I looked at a 911 but just couldn't do it but I should have. :cool

Sounds like you have your mine set on a car, we just went the Mercedes route. Picked up the new AMG GLE63 S Coupe. 0-60mph in 4.2 seconds so it def gets after it if you need to get to the grocery store quick.

The new ATS-V looks nice.. but seems expensive for what you get (still cheaper than an M3/4 though). I have heard a rumor there will be a Plus version next year with an LS7.

I have an S it goes. I've had it up over 140 its wants to keep going. The only down fall if you role 4 on a trip pack light not a lot of room for bags.

Got good reviews too. Same deal on backorder.

But once you go CTSV you never go back. :D

I will get another. I would get the V over the 911S. Seriously. More fun.

I think I'm going with a 5 seater for one more car and then after that, I've always wanted a convertible so a 911 is definitely high up on the list.

My wife says to go ahead and get a convertible now but there's that voice in the back of my head saying not just yet. I gotta stop doing drugs. :D

Me too. I hate being practical. FAWK.

I keep thinking when the kids get older I can get a 2 door. Shit I still have a booster seat in my car. :p

You should get a vert. You live in the convertible capital of the world.
