Picked up this desk at a estate sale on the cheap. There is no name or any identifying marks on it. I'm really curious how old it is and where it originated from.

Any ideas on where to research it would be great.

The wife says maybe 50s, probably 60s. No idea of origination.

Need to see a pic of the dove tail joints that hold drawer fronts to the sides to get ruff idea

Damn, thanks for the info

No problem, I say rough estimate because some machine cut dovetails started very late 18's and some people used hand cut in to the 1900's but thats a ruff guide, big dovetails 1800's, smaller hand cuts and machine cuts early 1900's.
