Definitely South Beach!!

Tootsie's in N. Miami is nice.
Go to South Beach and walk down the beach looking at topless babes.
Then walk around that outside mall there, and eat some plantains.
Miami boat show starts Feb. 14.
Take a windsurf/kite lesson on Rickenbacher causeway.
Get a charter boat to take you fishing offshore.

Miami is cool.

Stay on the coast. Going in land at all can get extremely scetchy. It turns into little Cuba and it gets rough. You do not want to go West (in land) any farther than the Dixie Hwy.

Went to Miami for Cal Select Builders once and worked in Coconut Grove on a 24hr Fitness Long way from Cali be sure to go to Key West !!!!!
