Anybody know about these boats

Anybody know about these boats? A buddy of mine was given this and I know nothing about it. At first I thought it was a skv but vin tag starts with GRA and the vin tag on the transom shows GA racing.

Sold boats, very well built. Some were lifeguard boats in Huntington in the 60's/70's as I recall.
