Any A/C guys in Thousand Oaks or close by?

I need an A/c guy to check out the mini split in the Guest house before my worker melts. It was new less than a year ago and you can see wetness aroun the connections out side. I have called multiple local guys and no one wants to work it seems. or they are all to busy for a little job.

I have a mini split, Mitsubishi model when I’ve had problems I have a local AC guy and he told me before you call me turn the breaker off wait 10 minutes and turn it back on that usually will reset everything inside the control unit, the other thing you can do is pull the panel off. There will be a blinking light that you can research to see why it is flashing, that’s my understanding how those things work.

Sounds like it leaked out refrigerant. Common issue if the flare connections are not torqued or over tightened. I'll be in the area tomorrow. I got a job at Los Robles greens golf course in the morning. I'll help ya out
