Can you keep posting about the terrible mornings at Loto? It truly motivates me to make a move like this sooner than later. I wanted to work another five years but the film and television industry might have other plans for many so I feel like a life pivot coming on for me personally. The more time I spend back there the more desirable it becomes.

We are thrilled. I grew up in middle of 600+ acres in western PA so having 4 seasons is nice. 25+ years in Phoenix area then 8 years in "northern" Kommiefornia. Walking or riding sxs down to our docks is worth all the hard work. It's not for everyone tho

Might be rough for the owner. I've heard the boat was removed before any law enforcement encountered the owner supposedly.
Outboard cats are already very high for insurance. Obviously this doesn't help
