I've seen a couple of news stories indicating another "atmospheric river" storm will hit California beginning tomorrow. The forecast includes 4-8" of rain in the central valleys and snow accumulations up to 8' in some parts of the Sierras. There is concern warmer temperatures in lower mountain elevations will bring significant rain to areas that have several feet of snow from previous storms, causing snowmelt and resultant extreme flooding.
I hope those of you in the crosshairs of this next round will remain safe, and that your homes will withstand the assault. Take care.

New atmospheric river threatens flooding rain, 4-8 feet of snowfall for storm-weary California
California has endured weeks of heavy rain and mountain snow, and it's about to add another week as more storms loom over the next several days.
