Needed one trailer tire and tried their online reservation/pay option.
Got there early, had my info dialed, in and out 10 minutes. Wouldn't even let me grab the tire out of my truck or put it back in.
Refreshing change!

I just did the same thing. Ordered tires online and set appointment. Called me 30 minutes later said the tires were back ordered and bumped me up to the next best tire for no charge. Drove in 4 days later and like you said was there maybe 10 minutes. It was done an hour later. drove back and didnt have to wait t in the line. It was so nice.

Tucker is great too. They did my toy hauler tires for me. They were the only one that had em in stock!

We have 2 America’s tire shops near me. I’ve had them scratch my polished aluminum wheels, inflate my new all terrain tires all different pressures after clear instructions on that as well as experiencing crazy wait times. And I’ve had the joy of the guy behind the counter argue with me about what size tires I can or can’t run.

These guys remind me of the experts behind the counter at autozone. They couldn’t mount tires on an old chevy at one store. They told me they needed an adapter that would need to be borrowed from another shop and would take a day. Should I go on?

I’m sure they’re fine for the average commuter car needs just like autozone but imo thats not cutting it. Carry on.

I think you are thinking of American Tire Depot.

Those clowns put LR C tires on my vehicle when I bought and paid for LR E tires. Additionally, (at a later date) I watched the guy rotate my tires by taking them off, coming back 10 minutes later and putting them back on the same spot he took them off from. Then they had the balls to act indignant when I pointed out I was watching them the whole time and had I not said anything either time I would have been screwed.

Went Americas tire and never looked back.

I pretty much buy my tires from a local shop. I call the manager and he knows me sometimes by my voice and certainly by name. I tell him what I want. He calls back when he has it in the shop and I go down and get it installed. Is the price the best, I have no idea. I don't shop around. I really appreciate the personal service. He even handles the shit jobs for me, like mounting tires on my beadlock rims that are a bitch to mount tires on. They also take care of my motorhome. I can't recommend Bob's Tire in Victorville more highly.

Agreed, the last time was great, and Americas Tire has gone down hill in customer service, especailly with the "BIRDS "here
