Got one! New oem off an 05 280. New motor with zero hrs. Hard to believe someone has a brand new 05 280 but he races and hasn't used this motor yet. He goes with Carbon Fiber so he's selling me the cowl, plate and skirt. Lucky me.

How bad is it? I have a few good housings.

Yeah, I'd just do a new/used housing. Skeg guards are ok for under 50 mph boats, plus it's cool when they fall off and give the prop a visit on the way by.

Got a four hole CLE with new shafts, billet carrier and new water pump at Outboard Mafia Facebook group and it's local to SoCal. Now that is getting lucky. Took me 3 hours
