Horses and Airplanes ... I'm surprised their isn't a torture pleasure chamber because whoever built that place is obviously a masochist.
Luke has more foreign flagged pilots than American I think...like walking into an 80's movie, American fighters with middle east decalsDo you have to call up Luke AFB every time you come and go and could you possibly be denied if the AF is doing secret stuff?
Won't be much of a baller pad when BNSF builds their new 4000+ acre facility there all around themLooks like a very nice baller pad.

On days luke is active, you’ll probably need to call, and get a transponder code. They also might have a standard operating procedure, that restricts activity takeoff and landing operations.Do you have to call up Luke AFB every time you come and go and could you possibly be denied if the AF is doing secret stuff?
maybe. but it is going to ruin this area for the way it is and why people moved here. I've met some folk in this video. I live off 211th. Not stoked about this bullshit action. Only Warren Buffet could have pulled this off.At least it won’t mess up the Sunsets. Is this going to support all those chip factories?
BNSF Railway to develop new master planned logistics hub in Phoenix

I assume this is going to increase truck traffic in the area (24x7), but the I-11 (international) Freeway/Tollway was going to do that anyway. I wounder if the plans include an airstrip with a Drone FedEx hub….If the trains don‘t get ya, the drone and jet noises will.maybe. but it is going to ruin this area for the way it is and why people moved here. grand can already be packed at times cant imagine the traffic from lots of trucks.163/grand can be a nightmare already28,000 trucks a day but im not sure i believe that. but theres no highway infrastructure to support that kind of traffic sround here at all. not by a lot.
