Ok just got the lift kit and 37”on. I tow a toy hauler in the winter and the boat in the summer which drop should i get for the hitch? 8” drop? Any brands RDP like , dislike? Any help would be appreciated thanks . I also would like to use the sway bar controller for the toy hauler . I had a drawtite trailer hitch w my other truck for the toy hauler I don’t think there will be enough adjustment on it for the 4”lift

I had to get a reese Weight Distribution Shank for my toyhauler and I got a B&W drop down for my regular trailers. when I lifted my truck. I found it on e-trialer to match my current hitch. They had all different brands so you need to crossreference to make sure it fits.

1200lb TW. My wife's overnight luggage weighs that.

Thanks for the link on this ! Do you think this may work as well so I don’t have to buy two hitches ?

Love my Fastway Flash HD hitch. Have had it for about 4 years and tow the boat no problem.

Looks like I will need to buy the drop down shank for the toy hauler and another drop down hitch receiver for the boat the one I have is adjustable but too short .

Measure the height of the ball mount on your toy trailer with it sitting level, then go to your truck and and another 1-2 inches to the height of what you measures for the sag you will get with the trailer hooked up. If running a weight distribution set up you can get most of the sag out out it with the chains so go an inch. Then you can get the measurement to you hitch and the height of the ball to get you where you need to be drop wise.

We have bullet proof on some of our work trucks. Solid hitch never had any issues. If you want something beefy and a little more fancy I would go with Gen-Y. I have one on my truck and love it. Its a beast

Never had a problem with B&W! We have used gooseneck, fifth wheel and regular hitch products pulling trailers up to fifty feet.

Curt has a few nice, affordable options. If you have the multi-pro tailgate though, I'd definitely suggest the B&W model specifically for the multi-pro tailgate.

Another vote for Bulletproof Hitches.
Solid built, lots of options.
I believe they even have stabilizer bars for those that need huge drop hitches.
Another hitch I've used that I like is the Shocker air ride units.
I have one for towing our toy hauler with the semi-takes the semi chassis shock away from the RV.
It is also well built and they have a lot of options for weight distribution, pintle, etc.

Depends on your weight. I’ve had 3 Fast Way hitches. I don’t know more than 12,000 never had a failure.
