$4500 that isn’t much money. Is it going to be costly to get in top shape? I assume so since it is wood.

Must be a 100mph setup with 2 levers, lockout handle, and extra gas/plate pedal. Wondering what the setup is? Maybe an abandoned lever at some point and foot controlled diverter or place to rest said foot?? Hard to tell from my phone but it's a cool boat for sure

It has a downpeddle on the left foot. The handle between the gas peddle and the downpeddle is the lockout handle to lock the plates.

This boat is very cool, I have seen it for sale for quite a while. Flat bottom, wood deck, with adjustable cavitation plates. Not sure how it would perform but would like to give it a drive. ONE thing I know I do like is the seating arrangement. I had the same setup in my 1964 Patterson, flat, v-drive. Bought it that way, thought it would be the first thing I would change, but surprisingly worked really well.

I would take that pump out and reinstall it further back along with the engine after that it would be a pretty cool boat.

I saw that too a few weeks ago in my daily search for a certain boat. I wouldn't change a thing except for losing that handrail and swim steps. Only the second wood deck jet I've ever seen, the other a old Rogers race boat owned by Jeff Paine that popped up last year.

We use to call that style of interior "cocktail seating" back in the day.
Would love to know the back story on it.

Don't think it has adjustable cav plates, you can see the little tabs, they don't move.

I think that handle's for the ancient Berkeley Jet-o-vator that's on it.

Cal custom makes some that are very similar and they even have a filter.

Glenwood marine might, worth a look. I know there is always ebay

I don't think Cal Custom has made anything like that since the 70s and sadly Glenwood no longer does either.
