Same boat as my 2000. They can be a bit funky with setup so be patient if it has some awkward characteristics.

I have a 2001 205 elite.. honestly it handled like crap when I got it (coming from a 17' bubble deck) darted around real bad unless it was wide open. after a few changes it works great. Mainly adjusting the nozzle angle and place diverter, then added a wedge. Works great now.. honestly will outrun alot of the smaller boats. love the boat. Ohh, and so does my wife..lol
