Anybody have a manual borg Warner 1356 to bolt up to a AOD laying around? Need the shifter and linkage as well. Wanting to convert my electric one over to manual.

Pretty sure I have one under a F350 at the shop. Not sure when I can get it out though?

That’s exactly what mine has and I want to swap it all out. Not to mention mine if full of electrical demons so if I want 4wd at the moment I have to crawl under and pop the motor off and manually put it in

It's a 13-56 with a lever. I assume the bolt flange to the trans is the same? Trans has been leaking for awhile it seems.

Ran fine when wrecked. Guy hit a redwood tree which moved the right frame rail to the middle of the truck. If you want it I can get it out this week and figure out how to start getting it south. Sacramento after Christmas would be easy, or Irwindale in late January if you're not in a hurry?

Actually looks like the flange that bolts up has a mount on mine, but is a removable section which should match your trans? Anyone else know these units better?

Edit; Looking at pics on a larger screen. I'm pretty certain the bolt pattern is the same. Just had me thinking backwards for a minute.

I’m not sure. Here is a picture that shows the bolt pattern. I can’t really tell what yours looks like in the picture. Maybe this helps..

Ill take some pics of the truck. Had 6 girls and himself . 2 heads hit the windshield, one girl went through the passenger window and the girls in the back seat made the front bench look like a taco. Fortunately they were only going 30ish and the one girl only needed a few stitches.

A guy might look at Advance Adapters or Novaks websites. They have a lot of info & identifying photos/drawings to help make sure what's what.
