'68 Bandito

Does anyone know much about the Bandito? Pros/Cons. I am able to pick one up at a good price for a project boat for my son and I and would like a little info on the hull.
We are not going for allot of hp just a fun river runner. Actually going to put in a 13b Rotary Turbo as I have parts laying around and thought it would be good for him to build the motor and learn some custom install and computer EFI tuning.
We should make around 350 hp 15lbs of boost w/ about a 250lb motor. Any ideas of top MPH? I would like around 55-60 mph.
I know I am going against the grain from the V8 but this is more of a father son project then trying to prove anything.

Only thing that might hurt speed or the ability to get on plane is not a lot of Torque with those little engines. Hey its worth a shot, stepping away from the norm of SBC/BBC is always a conversation starter.
