*SOLD*
2003 33' 5th Wheel Toy Hauler is in very clean condition. 8280 lbs dry weight with 13500 lbs GVWR. Upgraded optional fiberglass siding that is easier to clean as opposed to corrugated metal sides. 4 beds, sleeps up to 8 people. 14'6" to the first cabinet and 19' overall storage for your toys. Extra tie down anchors have been added that are attached to the frame in the storage area. 100 gal fresh, 40/40 Black & Grey tanks. Large 7.5 cu ft. fridge with freezer, microwave, gas oven, 3 burner cook-top, and spacemaker coffee maker. 22" flat screen TV in living room mounted to custom stow away articulating arm. Upgraded Kenwood double din stereo system with four Kenwood 6"x9" speakers inside and 2 waterproof speakers outside with a selection switch to control each set on or off. Couch and four person dinette in living room. Bathroom has full shower and a rare bath tub for the little ones. Upgraded Oxygenics shower head with more pressure and lower water consumption. Double door closet and double row drawer storage in hallway-most trailers only have half this size storage. Closets and drawers also on both sides of the bed in the master bedroom. Auto-seeking satellite dome with inputs for two separate DirecTV boxes so you can watch a different channel on each TV. Windows have been tinted to keep the inside cooler on those hot days. All interior and exterior lights have been converted to LEDs for better light and less power consumption. Rear ramp door has roll up zippered screen door. Ramp door can be set up as a level patio area for extra space. This trailer has had the frame strengthening supports put into the nose and kingpin areas of the trailer that were professionally done by Pacific RV. This was about $6000 worth of frame upgrades. If you know of these types or issues already or check the internet-almost all brands of trailers use a Lippert chassis and they had major problems with them coming apart due to inadequate frame supports. This trailer has already been fixed for all those issues. The suspension has been upgraded with flipped axles, cross-boxed frame supports between the leaf spring perches, Dexter Axle E-Z Flex Equalizers for smoother ride and less chucking, upgraded bronze pivot bushings and greasable zerk fitted pins on all suspension components, and shocks on both axles. Axles are 8 lug heavy-duty (not 6 lug like most) with 235/80/16 "E" rated 10 ply radial tires. Unit has a Onan 4000 Microquiet generator with only 685 hrs. The generator has always been regularly serviced, trouble fee, and dependable. 26 gal fuel station on board for your toys. 15k ducted ac unit and ducted heater. 15 gallon propane capacity with plumbed line with shut off valve and quick disconnect fitting for your BBQ or any other propane device. Two new deep cycle RV batteries with space to add two more if you wish. Electric cut off switch to kill the power to the unit. Electric landing gear jacks in front and BAL scissor jacks in rear of the trailer. Upgraded Sunbrella materal 20' awning that will last for years. Everything works and no problems with this trailer. Ready to hook up and go.
