May as well document this stupid oversized golf cart.
Started as a 2025 Pro R4 Ultimate from Coyne Motorsports in El Centro, didn’t get a great deal on it but paid no adm etc.
was delivered to 928 Motorsports in Fort Mohave for me. They’re basically handling the build even tho most of the work will be physically done by myself.

So Santa showed up with it on Christmas Eve, actually was able to keep 💯 secret from even the wife till a few days before Christmas. I was busy getting a few things handled and well she wanted to know what girlfriend i was hanging out with so…

First thing i did was mount the Forged Method 412’s and the BFG 35x11x15 KM3’s.

Then did the Shock Therapy Spring cups and shock forks on the front of it, as well the ST sway bar links!

No pics but i than pulled the reservoir cap ends and drilled and tapped them for Fox schrader valves and charged to 190 psi all around.
Have the PCI Trax with Kenwood waiting to go in, won’t do till cage is done as i plan to run the antenna wire at minimum through the cage.
Did the Sector 7 rear camera mount, ordered from TMW, it actually is worth the 60$ in my opinion.

Then the license plate bracket which also was from TMW, i could’ve bought a pigtail jumper, but too difficult. I ended up pulling the pins from the connector to the taillights and re pinned the plug adding a small water proof connector instead.

Leaves for SFRaceworks on Friday, but have a handful of goodies ordered not sure if I’ll get and have time prior to it leaving.
Goodies:
Assault side mirrors
Rear diff reinforcement bracket front reinforcement bracket and bolts from CT Raceworx.
Upper amd lower front ball joints from Black Ops.
BD OnX6 dual control 40, and XL80’s for front bumper.

Cage will be very similar to this other build by SF but will have window nets and few more options.

Current situation is boring.

Plenty more to come!

That aftermarket cage/windshield setup would look a million times better if the window was taller. Bitchin looking ride, love the polished wheels.

Mine will actually be that way. This is one option they offer, the one pictured is a wind diffuser and windshield, so if you chose to run no windshield you still have the diffuser. I’m going with the one piece option as i don’t plan to ever remove the windshield, which they make it where the windshield is as large as possible.

Diffuser with windshield removed.

One thing I forgot to mention in the other thread, the lower ball joint requires a 44mm socket for install. I ordered one from Amazon for $20 but it was a little too small. I don’t know if it was the socket being too small or 44mm not being the correct size (I called BOM and asked what size was needed) but some light sanding on the socket with some plumbers grit roll and the socket fit fine.
