That would work out just fine! If I had the coin, buy that spread, and then build some bungalows on the other peninsula. 5 or 6 little 2 bedroom places, tucked away with a view of the lake, and dock, but not remove the trees. Not to rent, just to have as crash pads for people passing through, or on vacation.

Sure, but they were "close" to the main house. Want some space between. You know, for the inlaws, or when them rowdy Havasu people come visit. Keep the close guest houses for my kids, the "grounds keeper" and, of course, my butler 🤣
