Heard the morning ascension got canceled today.

Hopefully they can fly tomorrow morning.

We were hoping to go but some issues came up - I’m anxious to hear how it goes this year from Windsor.

The old set up at the Nautical was pretty good and the wind used to blow towards town letting them try to drop down and touch the water in the channel.

Hopefully it works out just as well at Windsor park.

Never fails, it’s always windy during the festival. Here now and decided to leave the boat in storage. If they fly tomorrow will watch from the bridge.

That wasnt from this year......they never went up yesterday, the 4:30 ascent was cancelled, as were the both the morning and 4:30 one today. Talked to some pilots yesterday, their number is 6 mph, thats not much for Havasu in the winter.

The new set up seems off, it feels like alot of vendors didnt show up, maybe that is the case when they saw the forecast. The vendors are spaced out, few here, few over there, bunch in this section, bunch over there, seems weird that they would have set it up that way on purpose.

We have friends in town now that confirmed they have not been able to take the balloons up because of the winds. We get into town late Saturday going in the morning Sunday in hopes that the wind will cooperate.

Bummer on the layout of the venders. Sometimes the people putting on the show don’t get that having empty spaces make the show looks like it is not doing well. We done a few shows over the years and the best are the ones that fill the empty spots with venders that are there. It is a win win. We get free space to display more products and they have a venue that looks to be full.

After getting blown out Friday & only 10 or so up Saturday morning was a little bummed but , they got the night glow in . Woke up today to an awesome day . Another Balloon Fest that didn't disappoint . Even got the moon in the 1st picture .
