**2019 Classic & Performance Boat Rally** (Formally known as “Schiada Boat Owner’s Roundup”)

* DATE: May 18th, 2019
The Nautical Beachfront Resort in Lake Havasu, AZ.

If you needed an excuse to dust off that old river cruiser, burn some fuel, catch some rays, pop a top, meet some new people & check out some bitchen boats…well here it is. Bring your Schiada, Spectra, Howard, Hallett, Campbell, Raysoncraft, Biesemeyer, Sanger, Cole, etc, V-drive, Jet, I/O, O/B, big horsepower, little horsepower, fast or slow…we want to see it.

Dammit! I’m gonna be in Cabo wrapping up the NORRA race this year! I had fun last time, it’s gonna be even better this year with all the new boats coming.

Hummmm,
I have not had the Root Beer Float Hallett Mini Cruiser on Havasu since the last OP6C event.
I am not enthused about towing any distance these days but I might just tow down from Mohave Valley for the day.
We shall see. :)

Hey all...hoping to have 25 -30 rooms blocked for this event. Will add more if need be. I'm just waiting for conformation from Shannon at The Nautical Beach Front Resort to approve it and send it back. I will let everyone know when its approved and ready for booking. Hoping by tomorrow. Thanks.

I didn't see Southwind T-Deck on the list of approved floats but seeing that it's 41 years old and May 18 is my birthday, I might crash the event.:D

Bay room – Run of House $179.00 plus tax & resort fee

Cove Suites-Run of House $199.00 plus tax & resort fee

Cove parking is $70.00 per spot per day. And you must book your spot at the same time. Spots are very limited.

Just FYI.....I called the Nautical and they quoted me $179.00 for the basic room and the same $179.00 for a Suite. This is before I mentioned the group code and he said it should be less $$ with your group code. The guy at the Nautical is going to talk to Shannon and call me back.

Yes. The room prices are a locked in price. They will go up as event gets closer. They don’t do discounts. They just lock in rates. Rates change daily.

Our group booked our rooms! It will most likely be our first boating weekend since I’ll be in Hawaii the same weekend as DS.

Looking forward to an awesome weekend.

Just booked my room and cove parking spot. Really looking forward to this awesome weekend! FYI I just got off the phone with the Nautical and there are only 3 cove parking spots left

Just called to reserve one. But you have to be a hotel guest to reserve a spot. I figured as much but it was worth a shot.

There are free spots there, but they are first come first serve, so get there early. We will make as much room as possible.

Not familiar with this resort. Are there any motor home spots?

The t-shirt design is coming together. T-shirts will be available for purchase up until the deadline only. There will be no “in person” purchases on the day of the event. Details to follow.

nautical says only 10 rooms on the block and theyre spoken for. did i wait to long or just get a bad receptionist?
