Once you have had the newer engines it’s hard to go back to old ones, that boat is bad ass, just looking for something bigger, 25 Daytona likely.

Walts correct about that. 2.5’s are badass when you’re hauling ass and they are screaming. Other than that not so much.

The KMG is also right hand drive and hand throttles. You really need foot throttles to steer a 22 with twins. I’ve been in both and the hand throttles are a bad idea.

After 70 or so the “bulldozer method” with split foot throttle is the only way to get a turn out of them.

Foot throttles are the only safe way in a small fast boat, way faster response when needed. It's fun to get a nice slide going with the split throttles for sure. You gonna move up to a 25 with twin 450's?
