2005 Lamborghini gallardo.
39500 original miles
3 owners
Clean title

I purchased this car March of 2023. It needed what I thought at the time was new gaskets because it was blowing smoke. Ended up there was scoring in the cyclinders 8,9,10

I did a complete tear down only to find out I needed a new block.
So here is everything done on this car.

1. Brand new block purchased from scuderia parts. I sent my motor to Ricky @ REperformace in UK to rebuild. There are YouTube videos of the process. New motor has CP Carrillo rods and pistons. Everything was replaced. Timing chains, tensioners, valves guides, springs, gaskets, bearings, sensors, etc. To make it as bulletproof as possible. Less than (200 miles since install) I still have old block, pistons, and rods.

2. New factory clutch and throw out.
(Less than 200 miles on since install)
3. New fuel pump and fuel filters
4. New coolant lines from front to back
5. New larini sport cats with larini exhaust (original cats in these cars degrade and cause the bore score)
6. New lithium battery
7. New e gear pump, accumulator, and rebuilt actuator.
8. New potentiometers and speed sensors.
9. All fluids changed
10. 20” hurrican wheels with hub adaptors. (Also have stock wheels)
11. New air filters.
12. New coil packs, fuel injectors, and spark plugs.

And a lot more that I’m sure I’m missing.
I have over $50k in receipts that I will turn over to new owner.

I will also take more photos and can do FaceTime or send videos upon request.

This car has been well sorted out and is ready for new ownership.

Feel free to do a vehicle PPI at your cost.

I know there are other cars out there for a little less money but if you need to repair things it gets expensive real quick. This car is ready to go.

Has front lift, rear glass panel deck, factory CD, yellow stitching
Passenger side seat is in imacculate shape. Driver seat in great condition.

Thanks for looking.

Asking $100k obo
Would consider trade and cash (on my end) for lot in Rivera.

Yeah not fun but what do you do? The stock cats are terrible in these cars. Loosing money but if I didn’t rebuild it would have been worse. Ohh well

My buddy had a twin turbo from underground racing put on his. Such a ridiculous vehicle. Wish I could fit in it.
That’s another reason I had the motor built with forged internals and blueprinted. If new owner decides to turbo it the motor work is ready to handle the power increase.

Beautiful car, seems like a bargain.

How do the bad cats score cylinders?
Assuming it has to do with the heat and rings?

the old stock cats degraded and the particulate matter would suck into the intake plenums.

this is a good minute and a half video from my engine builder about the cat problems in the first gen gallardos.
