I think I'm taking it to the lot in boulder city that used to be boulder boats..I hate selling stuff, I like to buy...this is a perfect motor home for people that travel with their dogs..you can have the ac on. while you stop for dinner and they won't die while you are eating...great for running up and down the coast and trips to places like parker... it'll tow 8-10k with no problems and get 8mpg doing it...and get over 10 mpg not towing...

You hate selling stuff? you would go nuts if you did not have projects to build and get bored of then sell lol. Get some pics before you take it and I will forward to a few people I know that may be interested. Cool little rig for short overnight emergency trips that is for sure.

That thing is badass!!
thankyou, what people don't really know is how badd ass it really is,, the body is built like a boat the floors are fiber glassed and gel coated, they are the only one I know off with roll over bars,... the body is rubber mounted to the frame.. so super quiet going down the road,... these are better than a chinook, and harder to find,... they are schiada' of the RV market,... I'll make a rdp member a special deal, so bring all offers... that and I'd trade for the right Hallett 270... or something interesting... my goal is to get down to just one rv,...it'll sleep three and haul 8..
full self contained, perfect back and forth to the river, trips to the dunes, hanging at the beach and such...

If I did not have my new one I would buy this one. It is a very nice small unit that has a special look. Great little rig for short trips.

looks like a dealer from Oregon is coming to pick it up, it'll be interesting to see what they sell it for,.. could have sold it a hundred times if I could deal with finance companys, and then wait for the money..problem is, it's cash and carry, rv is going nowhere till I got clear funds... people wanna fly out with a cashiers check, and drive it home... but... it still takes 14 days to clear cashiers checks so they have to fly home and come back... people think I'm not being fair, but it's not my fault they have lived there lives on credit and can't right a check for 30k...people go out and buy more stuff based on what their bank will loan,,, that's why they don't have any money in the bank.. they think if you can't afford it... finance it..there is not a reason in the world that would make it right to finance a toy..if you have to finace it... you can't afford it...but then there would be more people floating a cheetah deck that's paid for, instead of having a $1000 plus boat payment..HEY-LAM cost a lot of money...I hear of people financing RV's and boats for 20 years....they really don't own shit, as it's not worth the pay off...so anyways... if the deal falls through...I'll let everyone know... but... pretty sure it is sold..

You are so right 2ff, I deal in dead presidents only, people get so pissed off, but once you get a cashiers check cancelled on you, you’ll understand. Even money wires can be pulled back within 3 days. It’s so hard to sell higher dollar items.

Steve,
What I do with cashier checks is I go to thier bank with them and cash it. If the amount is to large for the bank to give me cash I then make the bank "cash" the check and give me a cashier check that I purchased. Easy peasy as long as they have a national bank and not a local hometown bank.

You know, so much truth in that BUT not everyone can cash and carry, we don't nor are we interested in what anyone thinks regarding what we can or cannot afford based on whether it is done on credit or cash. FYI, not everyone has there own successful business.
