Daughter's Car For Sale:
Daughter Driven, Father Maintained. Silver Gray Metallic paint with Black Interior. Four door Sedan. Leatherette Seats. 2.5 liter Inline 6 cylinder. Mileage is at 127,000, fairly low miles for its age. We are the 3rd owners. Daughter bought a bigger car so we don't need this one any longer. It has been a great car for us, I'm kind of sad to let it go. I see several of the other 325s for sale have well over 200,000 miles on them. This one should go for a long time.
Recent work under the hood includes a new Oil Pressure Sensor and Water Pump replacement. Last year it got new Continental tires and NGK spark plugs. For Christmas it got new floor mats front and rear. The AC blows cold. The car still has the stock Harmon Kardon stereo with CD player. It comes with Traction Control, for snow I suppose. Both mirrors have remote control, and they work. The Air Bag Recall was done at BMW of San Diego. So you don't have to worry about Takata airbag dangers. The headliner was replaced at Jim's Auto Upholstery last year. No sags! I am pretty sure everything works properly. I replaced the brake rotors and pads last year as well. Steptronic auto transmission.
Dad just gave it a Meguiar's polish and wax. The car is all detailed and clean inside and out. Window switches have been replaced, so all four windows work. We have both electronic keys. The battery is fairly new. We just registered it for another year this month. Passed smog no issues. The previous owner put on a sporty Spectre Performance after market air intake.
We also replaced the headlight lenses, so they are nice and clear. Super Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle. Serviced by Tom at Mason's BMW on Morena Blvd and B&B Autohaus on Balboa. It comes with a full size spare, jack and upgraded lug wrench. It drives well, and gets great mileage. It does use Premium fuel. The stock security system has an alarm. Well cared for, have receipts for most work. It has a ton of airbags, and is easy to drive and maneuver. As you approach the car, you can hold down the unlock button, and all the windows roll down. Let that hot air out before you crank up that AC coolness..
Issues:
The driver's side mirror is a bit tarnished around the edges.
The paint has a couple small dings and scratches.
The seat belt retractors are a bit sluggish, but they work with a little help.
Minor tear in drivers seat. I will likely fix it this week.
Here's the factory info: 4-Wheel Disc Brakes, ABS brakes, Air Conditioning, Alloy wheels, AM/FM Stereo with CD player. Automatic temperature control, Bodyside moldings, Bumpers: body-color, Driver door bin, Driver vanity mirror, Dual front impact airbags, Dual front side impact airbags, Four wheel independent suspension, Front anti-roll bar, Front Bucket Seats, Front Center Armrest w/Storage, Front fog lights, Front reading lights, Fully automatic headlights, Leatherette Upholstery, Occupant sensing airbag, Passenger door bin, Passenger vanity mirror, Power door mirrors, Power steering, Power windows, Data system, Rear anti-roll bar, Rear reading lights, Rear window defroster, Remote keyless entry, Cruise control, Steering wheel mounted audio controls, Tachometer, Tilt steering wheel, Traction control, and Variably intermittent wipers.
Asking $3295. This appears to be in the middle of the field for pricing. This car is not perfect, but it's no junker either. No need for trades. No, not even weed or anything else. I guess maybe I would consider a Ferrari or a Corvette, maybe a VW Bus or a Thing. Please no Nigerian check scams, I am already waiting for that $110,000,000 I was promised. Lowballers need not reply. Questions? Have cash burning a hole in your pocket? Want to chat about BMWs? Call or Text me. 619-Nine54-52 four four. Richard.
