Howard 22' Offshore is powered by a 425 HP MercCruiser 496 Mag-HO with a Bravo-1 out drive. 70 MPH boat. Excellent condition. This is a great riding boat that handles the rough water with ease. With it's 22 degree deep-vee, reverse chines, and notched transom; this boat handles any type of water conditions. Handling and performance are exhilarating. All Howard boats are constructed using only the finest materials available with Howard's insistence on quality & detail.This is a totally custom boat with many extras including; Bennett ST dual ram trim tabs, Depth Finder, Offshore Controls, Bimini Top, Dual Batteries w/switch, Thru Transom Exhaust, Electric Hatch/Sundeck actuator, Pioneer Premier cd/8 speaker w/two sub woofer stereo, 2-Stainless Bravo-1 four blade props,(1 labbed) Stainless pop- up cleats, boat cover, Ellis Custom dual axle trailer: Disc brakes, Chrome Fenders, Swing away tongue. Boat has 195 hrs on the motor and is meticulously maintained and always garaged. Boat has never been in salt water.Boat located in Thousand Oaks, Ca. You must be the 2nd owner. I tried to buy this boat back in late '02/early '03 when it was up in Boulder, Nevada, but the guy wouldn't budge on his price. If construction wasn't in the toilet right now, I'd be making a move on this boat.

Is this hull based on the 220XL with the 22 degree bottom? It looks like one of the upgrades to the bottom is the addition of a Delta Pad similiar to the older 23 Offshore narrow beam Howards.

Yes, it it has a 22 degree botom/ Not sure where Howard got it from. Thanks for looking.

The pad is about 6" wider than the Howard shown. It has a 496 Ho and tops out at 70 mph with 2 passengers and tanks at 1/2 full.

I bought the boat Friday and was in Havasu Saturday, on the water by 2:00pm, what a great boat, handled the rought water with ease! thank you Dave for taking such great care of this boat! My family will be enjoying the boat for years.
