We talked about it and decided not to at this time. It's a great boat. Randy put a nice chunk of money into this boat getting it dialed in. Still has original Arko interior and is a 10/10.

It does look nice and the same year as my 240. We’ve talked about upping our size as well. She’s wanting a deck boat, that’s nice and all just can’t find one that I can afford.

Maybe 10 yrs from now when all these new builds come up for sell then will jump. Lol

In 10 yrs, you will be worried about college and will be in the middle of high school activities. Boating will be back burner in that phase.

If we hadn't already bought a boat this year, I would be pushing for this one. What a great deal!!

I’m hoping that wouldn't be the case. Jen really likes a deck for kids getting on and off, so much easier but I’m sure it has its down side as well. Will just keep plugging along with the 240 as it does what we want and will see what happens. Maybe I win the lotto then who cares about price and function.

It will never be the right time until you just decide to do it. Every boat you say it's not the right time. I bought mine when the time was not right. Glad I did.

How many hours on the motor, has it been freshened up in the past?

There is roughly 540 hours on the boat and motor. The top end was freshened up at low 400 hours by Savage Marine and a compression check and leak down was done less than 20 hours ago.

Yeah he upgraded to a Howard that is faster than mine...lol. Randy has had a lot of fast boats. This Hallett was an amazing riding boat in pristine condition but just wasn't quick enough for him. He got bored.....(quickly).

Same here. Wasn’t the right time when we built the cobra but glad we did. Wasn’t the right time when we got the house but some how we made it happen. Probably isn’t the right time to be having another baby but hey you only live once
