Just my opinion, but I think that setup is close to being maxed out speedwise......And I damned sure would not want to be on board when the exact maximum speed is reached.:yikes:skull

Cool to watch that thing run though.:thumbsup

I've noticed that in high storm wind incidents, 'toons can somewhat often get blown over from the bow end if not anchored/tied up correctly. Light and stern heavy with a lot of undersurface area makes them like a kite indeed.
