1990 eliminator Dayton 27 with 300xs all finished up with speedster $ in it my 1990 eliminator Dayton 27 fully custom;)

I came across a 25 Daytona on marketplace and the seller says the floor on the port side under the hatch is delaminating. Is this a common issue? Did eliminator use the same honeycomb floor material in these as the eagles?
