the reason you take the garlic out is so it does not burn while cooking you put in the lasst 15 min to make it melt inside the meat cuz burned garlic does not tast good

i have gone and looked at all of the recipes and did not see one that called for beer . so here we go this is my secret recipe for pork , red meat , and anything else you want to put it on . beer cover about 3/4 of the meat the better the beer the better the meat but coors light works great...
