I have a mobile home in Big Bend and need the deck rebuilt. Anyone know of a good contractor or deck company in Parker or Havasu. I've heard of people going with an 2 part epoxy for durability and because it last longer? Any thoughts? Thanks, Tim

What are the monthly fees in river reflections? How long is the lease? Are there any hidden fees? Is it true you can only occupy your home for six months out of year? Any Association Fees? How is dealing with the CRIT?

All I know is the owner of the park and the park manager say they haven't heard of anything being stolen, so who knows. Just be aware and keep your eyes open for people who look like their up to no good. Thanks Tim
