First time out on the water since tearing it apart! Still more work to do but it was too nice so I had to take the lady out.

In the process of putting everything back together! I snapped a quick picture but I’ll upload some close ups and a YouTube video once I’m done. Getting the metal flake to show up accurately in a picture is proving to be a real pain.

Hahaha I have a real problem

Welp. Now I have to scuff the entire boat with 500 grit and then reclear the whole thing together. There is metal flake EVERYWHERE.

This isn’t where I left off, but I only have pictures of the sealer coat.

It’s proven to be pretty good. Clears out the overspray and mist in the air pretty quickly and nearly eliminates the smell outside. The material is like a bouncy house.

Sanding and filling and itching and filling and sanding.

Well things got out of hand. I removed the rub rail and then I decided that this boat would look so much cooler with a capped hull. So… I spent the day grinding and glassing. Tomorrow I’ll finally start filling, sanding, and shaping everything.

Well I spent a few hours today derigging the boat. Tomorrow I will remove the rub rail and begin sanding. The shop is a disaster!
