My 2003 did the same thing, mine turned out to be bad connection at the plug in the alternator. Also check and make sure neg battery connections are clean and tight.
1more for Milennium. Your cylinder will be better than factory plating. Just send it to them and buy the piston from them also, you would not believe how good the bike will run.
You are sure the lift pump is running when the key is on. Check for 12v at the inertia switch, Ford in all their wisdom, put a non serviceable breaker inside the fuse panel,
so even if the fuse is good it will still not put power to the pump. Just a thought

I have my 6.7 deleted,no more sensors going off. If your buddy needs an exhaust,I have a MRBP 5 inch that I don’t need. The exhaust I have is for a crew cab short bed.
