Hypertherm 30 Airs are pretty sweet. They have a built in air compressor, so the air stays cleaner that if you run it from an external one. Little more pricey, but maybe find one a used one. They are built tough and hold up to abuse well. Like someone said above, clean, dry air is important.

Wow. I’m super jealous. Looks like a great day out. You obviously get lots of seat time. Seems like the Hot Boat issues indicated these came stock with a hydraulic jack plate. Does yours have one? Either way, is that something I should invest in?
