I made my own about 6 years ago. I hand painted the body and it's based off an old school mid motor RC10 with a new SC10 front arms, a REEDY 6 pole 3600kv motor and 150a speed controller. I wanted it to look like a Funco and came pretty close I think.

Agreed. We don't run into this problem out at wash 11+. I've seen ghost campers out there but boy are they few and far between. We have had many heavy pushers show up deep in a wash over the years too, so the whole "I have a heavy rig we can't go to the washes" is not a valid argument IMO...

I keep a couple 24oz bottles behind the back seat of Optilube. I refill the bottles when they need from the gallon pump in the garage.

I haven't even cracked half throttle yet, it's a full rebuild. Crank, rod piston ECT. If I read the plug (which I'll do Friday) it'll only be colored from mostly quarter throttle. Judging by what you are saying I could be lean at 1/4 throttle which would be a needle adjustment richer.

I've messed with the AF mixture screw and it's currently 3½ turns out. I'll adjust the needle. Usually I can tune an MX carb but this one has me stumped. Thanks so much!!!
