your comparing apples and oranges.... You cant compare a 25ft narrow V to a 27ft Cat... then OB vs IB . if your expectations are to down size and retain ride quality you should look for a Mach 26 with OB's... that will get youa smaller boat , good ride for Havasu and get you in the OB game...

well it is a Jet Bote with chrome valve covers so its probably pretty accurate.

Maybe it would be more popular if the results were accurate or within +/- 1 or 2 mph. You say 10mph difference and I say it was closer to 18 to 20 mph off. I could not take an award away from an event knowing its that far off. I'm not crossing swords with you , I actually share your passion...

Seems the event loses integrity when they post the speeds that far off and then stand by them as certified.... Must be the same Poll workers from 2020 election running the shootout. 🤷‍♂️

Have had several bigger cats , Currently running an M37R with 450s. The 40 Speedster with 860s was significantly more for insurance.
