I looked at it yesterday, the boat is immaculate. Complete pride of ownership. Tom an his wife Pat are great. I gave them a deposit and should take delivery in a week or so.

Yeah I left it in and had no problems, still had about 3' of water below it while at the dock when the water was at its lowest.

Very Nice place to stay, everything is new, private patio area with grill, I left the boat in all weekend tied to the private dock, owner is very friendly and professional. I would stay again. Also I want to say thanks to Sean the bunk repair guy for repair my bunks on short notice.

It's good looking place, he did an awesome job building it. Will be staying here in June for a weekend.
