I wouldn't feed my dog food from Sagebrush. As said earlier you can't go wrong with Kings, Monty's or for a unique experience The Old Place. Another great option is Joey's on Topanga. Great food, bar and it's a happening place. Reservations are a must.

Your first floor needs to be 16' clear to the ceiling for a standard 14' tall garage door. Your second floor living space should be 10' clear. Your lot should be allowed at least 30' high if not more.

Build it with a roof top deck. The views of the lake would be amazing.

This is an interesting thread to me, both for the comments and people's perspectives. Comparing the Riviera and the Foothills is apples and oranges. The homes in the main part of the Foothills are very nice and on large lot's, but they are all Spanish/Mediterranean and that went out of style 30...

Mediterranean cruises are awesome. We did a Celebrity cruise and loved it. Started off in Greece and ended up in Spain. If you can try to give yourself some time before and after the cruise to get acclimated to the time. Costco travel is awesome and make sure you get a balcony stateroom.
