New trailer bunks!!

I have a Jack underneath it…crank is just a safety strap. Figured better to have a safety strap just in case.

Replaced the bunks on the Blue Canoe trailer…. More work than I remembered, but it came out very nice. Cleaned and buffed the trailer while it was without child. Nice to have an excavator to assist in the lifting.

The 28 pitch prop was all done at 95 mph…. The 30 shuts off at 107 mph,,,I need an ECU that doesn’t redline. With the custom ECU the 28 pitch ran 105 mph And the 30 can run up to 112 mph

Tested her today finally…after some serious weight loss, she runs and accelerates more forcefully. It red lined my 30 BBlades faster than I expected. 107 mph at 6400 RPM. The diet made a significant difference. Enhanced windscreen made it nicer to drive at speed. I may go slightly larger for...

Got my seat back in shape. Fixed the foam, put in new stainless hardware, enlarged the windscreen and siliconed the rub rail. Added fiberglass to the seat when it was apart. Seems to be much stronger now. Ready to test !!!

Went to take my front seat out….bolts were not stainless and they were in rusty shape. Ended up cutting them out. Made a custom plate with “ nut inserts” already in the holes. This will allow super easy and fast removal of the front seat. Boats are cramped and hard to work on. This makes things...
